The land line phone number and WiFi password are sent to you in a welcome email one week prior to check in date with the directions to Ledge View Lodge, lock box code and other information.
Ledge View Lodge has a lock box for EZ check in and check out. Simply enter the code to access the (2) keys provided.
The lock box code is sent to you in an email one week prior to check in date with the directions to Ledge View Lodge, the WiFi password, land line phone number and other information.
We are animal lovers; unfortunately, Ledge View Lodge does not accept pets.. No exceptions! Pets are not allowed to stay or visit the property.
There is no cleaning fee for this property. We expect you to leave it in the condition you found it. Cleaning supplies are furnished by the owner and located in the laundry room pantry.
There is no daily maid or cleaning service.
Smoking is not permitted on the property.
Based on a weekly rental, we furnish:
(2) Rolls of paper towels
(4) rolls of septic safe toilet paper
Hand soap in the kitchen and bathrooms
Dish soap, sponges and pads
Kitchen trash bags
Bathroom waste bucket bags
Cascade dishwasher soap and rinse

napkins, condiments or any food products whatsoever.
Ledge View Lodge is nestled in the pristine Adirondack Mountains in the Hamlet of Old Forge, NY in a private and quiet residential area known as the Summit, boasting of spectacular views of the lakes and mountains.
Spring, summer and fall bring some of the best weather in the Northeast; warm sunny days on the semi-private beach and cool Adirondack Mountain nights filled with lake breezes, bright stars and the sounds of loons calling from the lake all of which are enjoyed from the fire pit or large deck complete with grilling area and Adirondack chairs.
Winter brings fun and excitement with McCauley Mountain skiing, outdoor activities and events. Ledge View Lodge provides direct access from our driveway to the hundreds of miles of groomed snowmobile trails of the area known as the ‘snowmobile capital of the east’. The river rock gas fireplace provides the warmth and cozy atmosphere throughout the great room for all to enjoy.
After spending a day taking part of the tremendous year round activities in Old Forge has to offer, you will retreat to the peace and comfort of this ADK 5Star vacation home.
